It is a good option for people already used to electric toothbrush but this was my first experience so not that satisfied with it. It has good features, slow and fast modes and it also has a timer but my teeth don't feel as clean or fresh so I brush them normally again. Apart from that it is very good, has nice battery life and the bristles are soft but has small area. You have to assemble if other people are using as well but not that hard easy to put together. Good brand value.

The product works as expected. However, it should have an LED indicator for charging and full charge status.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Product Failed Twice Within a Year and Refund Still Pending! I am extremely disappointed with both the product’s reliability and the after-sales service. I purchased this Oral-B electric toothbrush in June 2025, and it stopped working in September 2026, despite the product carrying a 2-year warranty. This is particularly frustrating because this is the second time I have purchased this toothbrush on Amazon, and on both occasions, the product stopped working within the warranty period. This raises serious concerns about the product’s quality and reliability. To make matters worse, I raised a warranty ticket through Amazon around 20–23 September 2026 and have been continuously following up with the Amazon team for a resolution. After repeated follow-ups, the product was finally picked up on 5 October 2026, with an assurance that the refund would be initiated within 4 hours of pickup. However, despite the pickup being completed and the promised timeline having long passed, my refund has still not been initiated. I have spent considerable time chasing customer support for a resolution that should have been straightforward. A product backed by a 2-year warranty should provide reasonable reliability and, when it fails, a smooth and timely warranty resolution. Instead, I have experienced repeated product failures, endless follow-ups, and an unfulfilled refund commitment. How can customers trust a product or rely on a warranty when the product fails repeatedly and even the promised refund is not processed on time? I expect Amazon and the concerned seller to take immediate action, initiate my pending refund, and close this issue without any further delay. Customers should not have to fight for a refund after returning a defective product under warranty. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in both the product and the warranty support process. I hope this review prompts the concerned team to take accountability and resolve the matter urgently.
