Great for light electrical extending.
Ideal cable for lamps,, extensions & small electrical appliances that use 13 amp fuses.NOT suitable for using as mains wiring!!!

Used for lighting
I bought this cable to put up lights. On one of my lights, when I took it off, the wires coming out of the ceiling were too short. So I used this cable and some Wago connecters to extend the wires so that they'd reach the terminals on the light fitting more easily. I didn't use it all but handy to have in the toolbox for next time.
