Not what expected
At first the item looked great then the zip started to jam and not want to close smoothly making me think was this a genuine product then yesterday the strap broke!! The mental joint just came away and now not fit for purpose can not use or return

Not even wrapped!
This is a birthday present for my wife, I thought I had bought a quality item by a well known manufacturer and it's not even wrapped it was left by the front door open to the elements, I only knew it had arrived because of the text message. This is really rubbish service, I am most surprised and disappointed.
