USA/Canada adapter needed if using in the UK
I love this Dust Buster ordered it as the 12 volt model which I already have seems to be no longer available. The only problem when it arrived was that it came with a USA/Canada two prong charger base and not the three pin which we use here in the UK, so I had to purchase the adapter suitable for USA/Canada appliances.

Not a british3 pin plug fitted
Came with American plug so had to buy adapter . No mention in advert. Works good but enjoyed about having to buy adapter. To return a bit of a pain so just kept it and bought an adapter.

Best Hand Held Vacuum Cleaner I've Owned
I love this hand held vacuum cleaner. The suction power is amazing. Whilst it is quite loud, that is due to the powerful motor sucking. The battery lasts about 15 minutes I would say which is pretty good. I have been able to vacuum the whole car on one charge. It is very easy to clean and all the cleaning parts come out very easily and can be washed.

Arrives with a 125 volt charger and base.
Great vacuum cleaner. Only downside it was shipped from the USA and arrived with a 125 volt power supply and charging base. I spoke to Black and Decker and they said that if I used it on our mains supply it would not be covered under warranty. I had to purchase a Step Down Voltage Converter from E-Spares at a cost of £16.66 to enable it to be charged from our mains supply. Paul Jackson.

Tried and true, quality product
We bought one of these several years ago and loved it. Thin nose to get in small spaces, great suction, no issues with recharging, easy to use. When it finally gave out, I bought another just like it. Was so glad to see it was still available.
