I recently had the opportunity to try out the Exploding Kittens Block Block Burrito game and I must say, it was a blast! 😃 The concept of the game is pretty simple - you and your opponents are trying to collect sets of matching cards to score points. However, the twist is that some of the cards are "burritos" and if you collect three of them, you have to grab the foam burrito from the center of the table. This is where the game gets really interesting - everyone starts reaching for the burrito and chaos ensues! 🌯 I love how fast-paced and unpredictable the game is. It's definitely not a game for those who take themselves too seriously - it's all about having fun and being silly. I played with a group of friends and we were all laughing and shouting throughout the game. It was a great way to let loose and forget about our worries for a while. 😂 The artwork on the cards is also really cool - the illustrations of the kittens and other animals are quirky and fun. It adds to the overall playful vibe of the game. Overall, I would highly recommend Exploding Kittens Block Block Burrito to anyone who is looking for a fun and lighthearted game to play with friends or family. I'm a big fan of Exploding Kittens, so I was excited to try out their new expansion, Block Block Burrito. It's a lot of fun, and it adds a new layer of strategy to the game. The basic premise of Block Block Burrito is the same as Throw Throw burrito/avocado : but with Block Block Burrito, you can also use your tortilla shields to block incoming burritos and avocados. This adds a new element of skill to the game, and it makes it more challenging to win. I played Block Block Burrito with a group of friends, and we all had a lot of fun. It's a great game for parties or game nights, and it's sure to get everyone laughing. If you're a fan of Exploding Kittens, I highly recommend.

I always look forward to expansion to games. If the base game is good then it often freshens up a popular game. If the game has issues then the expansion is a chance to retcon some of the shortcomings. In the case of Block Block Burrito it is very much the former. Like all games from Exploding Kittens it is very well presented. The box and internal packaging is a practical work of art and good for storing the components. In the box you get two inflatable tortillas, repair patches for the said tacos, two sets of cards, and a rule set. Block Block Burrito is an expansion for both Throw Throw Burrito and Throw Throw Avocado. If you are not familiar with the throw throw games, they are a card game of match 3, as players match 3 they score points, when they match 3 battle cards a food throwing battle ensues. It's a fast paced fun and easy to pick up game. Block Block Burrito essentially adds in the ability to block and to deflect. The new cards also had new battle types to the game. Overall the expansion doesn't massively change the original game. Instead refreshing the game for anyone who has played it a lot. My main issue is the price of the expansion. It is really well presented and packaged but there aren't a lot of contents in the box. Currently both core games are cheaper and have considerably more content in the box. If you enjoy the Throw Throw games then you will have great fun with Block Block. If you haven't played either I would pick one up and then maybe buy this expansion later when the price drops.

Every set from the exploding kittens store we have tried is lots of fun, high quality and beautifully designed, this is no different. This expansion gives the games a new twist and players can now block burritos or avocados with the inflatable tortillas. It adds a little more fun to the already fun and fast paced games

I love the Exploding Kitten games range, and Throw Throw Burrito is definitely a favourite, especially with my family. Very easy to understand and apply the expansion to the original game, refreshing the game and making it even more fun. I would say I'd expect the expansion to be cheaper than the original, as I'm pretty sure I purchased the original for the same price, but it's such good fun I'd still recommend grabbing it if you play Throw Throw Burrito a lot!

This expansion to throw throw burrito adds a blocking skill to the game which helps to prolong the game somewhat. Thankfully it doesn't change the dynamics of the game drastically so it remains the same fun to play family game but adds a new twist to breath some new life into the game if you are getting tired on it somehow. As with all of the games from this publisher it's great quality components that will last long and very striking artwork on the cards etc. Would be nice to see the price lower than the base game.

Superleuke uitbreiding met unieke nieuwe spelregels. Ook leuk dat je het kan combineren met zowel Throw Throw Burrito als Throw Throw Avocado. De schilden waren zelf alleen een beetje moeilijk om op te blazen, maar dat was ook het enige minpunt.

I live in a very diverse 'hood. Brought "Throw-Throw Burrito" and "Block-Block" add-on to a party. Everyone played it---loved it--and no one was "offended". So refreshing! btw - we were eating homemade tamales, celebrating Cinco De Mayo. *At this particular party, players included all ages (from a smart 3 year old to a couple of octogenarians) Highly recommend.
