I love this chai cardamom mix! I add organic instant coffee (dissolved in small amount of water),1/2 & 1/2 creamer (or milk), monk fruit (to taste), & crushed ice and I have a yummy chai ice coffee!

I gave it four stars originally but now knocked it down one because this last order was inedible. The milk in it has soured. However it was fine the first 2 or 3 times and I don't want to slag them completely. OTOH, a product that's gone bad 6 months before the expiration date is noteworthy. Amazon is aware and asked for the batch number Prior to this last experience: Nice treat. It's great that it has milk in it so it's all in one-and it's not skimmed milk so it's creamy. I like that it's unsweetened. It's actually ok without any sweetener but I do like to add some (I use a little xylitol). I don't like things super sweet and invariably I find things like this overly sweetened so I get to calibrate that myself as well as not take in any extra sugar. It has you rate value for the money and I gave it 3 stars in itself but it's actually worth it. I knew I what I was getting.IT was meant for a treat. ALSO -I've tried to make my own instant chai powder but I can't get the spices (cinnamon, cardamom) fine enough with a grinder to have them suspend in the tea. So this serves a purpose. It's worth the money to save the time. Chai tea bags are nothing like this or freshly made chai in which you have to boil the spices yourself in the water that you then add black tea to. The ingredients are perfect-just milk and spices. That's it.

I'm a former Seattle barista. This is really delicious powdered Chai from India. Its not as sweet as American products, and nothing is artifical like the American products. Every variety is really yummy. Take a break from the fake stuff and give this a try, you'll love it!
