I have always been a side sleeper but with starting to wear a mask, it was impossible to keep the mask in place. The very first night sleeping with this pillow, I found side sleeping was possible again. I did wash the pillow case before using as many commenters had suggested. I have an app that tracks the events I experience per hour and after using the pillow my event went down from 25 per hour to about 1 per hour. I have Central Sleep Apnea and not Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I highly recommend this pillow if you are a side sleeper.

Good support and comfortable

I've been wanting one of these pillows for a while, I've been having a lot of neck pain from always sleeping on the very edge of my regular pillow. I am a big side sleeper and this pillow allows me to sleep in the middle. I've had it for a few weeks and I love it! Only reason not a 5 star is i just wish it was a little bit thicker! But definitely recommend!

EDIT TO REVIEW:the original pillow that I got did not work for my wife at all and did not work like it said it would, HOWEVER the company reached out to me and made it right and we got a different pillow that they offer. We got the black pillow it’s an adjustable pillow and that works much better! Works wonders if you need support on your neck whether you are a side sleeper or sleep on your back. Don’t get discouraged if the first thing u try doesn’t work, just reach out and they will make it right with you. Thank you Kiko for your amazing customer service and willingness to help me help my wife. I would definitely recommend them to people.Product did not work like it said it should. I have a cpap machine and that was deigned for that purpose and didn’t give the support my wife needed.

If your a hot sleeper this pillow is not for you.Extremely hot

This pillow genuinely increases comfort when side sleeping with a CPAP mask. I have a nasal pillow + mouth mask and I still find this effective. Overall, the pillow is extremely comfortable even without CPAP considerations. I like the height - it doesn't force my neck to bend in any weird angles. It's firm, but not too firm. Bravo.

I got the CPAP Pillow to help me with sleeping with my CPAP mask and I found it helped me with my neck problem too! I’ve tried many pillows before for my neck that never worked. This pillow helps my neck while sleeping comfortably with my mask. I highly recommend this pillow.

This pillow definitely increases my CPAP tolerance. I’m able to sleep on my side without air leakage. I enjoy the neck support feature as well. Overall, I’m satisfied with this purchase.
