There's nothing coming out of the espresso machine, what should I do?

The coffee might not be able to come out is caused by the air pressure. If this happens, please turn the body upside down and disassemble the portafilter. Then, pour some cold water into the water outlet. Finally, double-click the button to unblock air pressure.

Which Nespresso capsules can be used? Original or Vertuo?

Only fit for Nespresso Original.

What to do if my machine only beeps but not running?

1) If the machine beeps once: Press the power button to check if the batter is low (below 2 bars). Charge it fully before use. 2) If the machine beeps twice: Battery Overheating Protection is on. Please wait 5 mins before your next brew. 3) If the machine beeps three times: Boil-Dry Protection is on. Make sure there's water in the tank before operating. 4) If the machine has no beeps, just lights flash alternatively: Short / Open Circuit Protection is on. Please contact Customer Support for help.

Is it safe to use in flight?

Dear friend， Thanks for your interest in our brand Outin. You could take our coffee machines on board with no worries. Hope you kindly know that our batteries are made of Three 18650 lithium (3*2500mAh) in series that are used to provide power for heating and extraction, and the pump voltage is 8VDC. Most of the flights around the world do not support 20000mah battery boarding flights, ours is total 7500mah, please feel free to use it in flight. Have a nice day. Best regards Outin
