(UPDATING MY REVIEW, At the bottom) Taking this, I didn't notice a huge difference in myself personally. My energy levels are up. but that seams to be the biggest difference I noticed. (granted have been taking this product for only a few weeks) The ingredients are all very good for you. However I am a little concerned about fillers in the product. Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, and Silicon dioxide are all safe to ingest and are supposed to do very similar things in vitamins from my understanding. They all help the pill break down and not stick together when ingested so you get the most out of the vitamin, but all three in the pill seams odd, especially Magnesium stearate since its a known filler. This doesn't mean that most of the pill is fillers. Also I'm not an expert on the manufacturing of vitamins. Just something to be aware of. (UPDATE: I contacted the company about my concerns listed above, the 3 ingredients that I was worried about are no longer a worry, they are pretty much what I said they were BUT I did find out the how much of each one of those are actually in the product. Each one of those ingredients make up less than 1% of the total pill, so at very most 3% of the pill. and all are safe to consume anyway but since they can be called fillers, its nice to see that its very little of the pill itself and shouldn't worry you. Also I have been taking it a little longer now and can say the energy levels are the biggest thing this pill seams to effect in me personally. Which I consider a good thing. I think over all if your looking for a good vitamin like pill to take to help with some energy levels Its good and everyone is different so you may notice it helps you with mood and other effects it advertises.

Works good

I initially took this to see if it helped with energy and drive. I started the week after my ovulation period. I took it for 5 days and didn’t notice much difference so I stopped taking it. Thank god I did because my normally on time cycle is no where to be seen. After reading further, maca can stop or delay your period all together if you’re otherwise normal as it messes with hormones. I’m going to wait it out and see how long it takes it to come back before seeing if I can induce it to come by a doctor. I’ll update this when it comes.

I bought this for my wife. She says it is energy boost for sure, but didn't really notice any other effects. Now it could have been working on pain as she is having a hip issue and using other products like Turmeric. It does contain some fillers but other reviewers have pointed out it is less then 1%. I would purchase this again but would like to try it when she is not using any other products. If that happens I will def. purchase again and change my review if anything is different.

You take three before a meal so you have to remember them and it comes out very expensive that way

Initially, I was skeptical. However, after conducting thorough research specifically for women experiencing menopause symptoms, I discovered that these supplements were beneficial. My doctor also approved their use, and I've been taking them for a month now to alleviate pre-menopausal symptoms. They've been incredibly helpful; my libido has returned, my hot flashes have subsided, and I've experienced other positive effects. Also, it regulated my menstrual cycle. I highly recommend them and have already subscribed to a monthly shipment.

This is one of the cheaper supplements I buy but it works. I take 4 capsules and it helps to keep me interested. 😁

Let me preface by saying I am a full time working mom of 4 and I am busy and overwhelmed allllll the time. I struggle with getting in the head space necessary to turn off mom mode and get into fun wife mode (moms you know what I mean...). I have verrrryyy little faith in products for this purporse based on prior experience. Initially I didn't notice a difference but after about a week I had to start taking them in the evening because I don't need to be in that kind of mood in the middle of the day when I'm wiping butts and noses. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a little boost in the seggs department.
