Good Chair
Bought this for my wife, in her craft room and she loves it. delivery was fine, quite easy to assemble. The massage function is better than i expected for the price. highly recommend.

FANTASTIC
My first order was damaged in transit so it wasn't delivered to me. Both Amazon and the seller were excellent in every respect and within one week a new chair was delivered which I find is excellent for my spine pain. The assembly of the chair took me one hour as the drawing documentation was somewhat very basic. My engineering knowledge sussed out the assembly but I think anyone with little knowledge would find it difficult to assemble/ The chair is wonderful and comfortable, its a quite hard to puch into the reclining position. Overall and real good chair.

Very comfortable chair BUT
This is very robust and comfortable chair with material of good quality. It arrives in a very large heavy box and has to be assembled. It took 2 people to put it together and took about 30 minutes. The massage function is fine and you can control the intensity. However I bought the chair as it is supposed to be heated - I have arthritis and get stiff and cold sitting for long periods of time. The heat function is so low you can hardly tell it’s on at all so I am disappointed hence the 3 star rating.
