Great knife with dubious promotion. Really neat knife. Its substantial but manageable. The hinge and back lock are strong and stable. The blade is plenty sharp out of the box. An interesting bit about the blade is the belly is not a 100% smooth curve. It's not at all a tanto, but it has just enough of an angle on it that it gives it a little extra when slicing. The integrated guard works well, opening and closing without getting hung up. Though it can rattle a little when closed. As for the dubious promotion - I wouldn't call this a survival knife. The two handed opening, the lack of clip and cheap sheath, make it more of a hobby or casual outdoor knife. If you want to cut up some kindling, whittle a bit, slice a nice gouda, and this is a great pic. Additionally, the images shown in the listing at the time of this review are decidedly faked and don't really represent the size very well. It's not a small knife, but it's no Bowie either.

As a knife collector, this is one of my favorites. UT is solid, clean and sharp. I play with it like a fidget toy and enjoy the quality. Buying another one now.

Excellent Quality and Reasonable price

I loved this knife so much when it was $11.99 I bought 5. It doesn’t come sharp at all. The Chinese branding makes no sense. It doesn’t have a cool name or font to be engraved on the blade like that.. This knife remind me of old school Italian stiletto. It brings me back to the 80’s so much that I would’ve loved it if the blade didn’t have so many writings. These knives will be so personal to you that you would wish there is no writing too.

Very nice knife. On the bigger end for a daily carry but very good blade. Sharp, feels good longer knife.
