I have a bigger than average architrave (oh pardon!) measuring at 14cm from top to bottom. This product advises 9cm max but it fits my door perfectly with no impact on functionality (see pictures 3&4), just had to remove the rubber wall protectors (no damage so far but a bit of duct tape would help). As you can see from the pictures, the shape of my architrave is irregular (don’t judge) but the width of this product allows the bar to sit flat on the surface.Speedy delivery, surprisingly heavy and sturdy, easy to set up. Only issue was the price but this is a durable product and I expect it to last for years.

Quick and easy to install and remove. Appears to be sturdy although it hasn't been well tested as yet.

I ordered this recently to replace my telescopic pull up bar which kept falling out from between my door frame. This bar is brilliant - two hooks sit above the door frame on one side and a bar sits across the other side of the frame, essentially using your own body weight to hold it tightly in place while you workout. I can't see this falling any time soon or even at all. It has a wide and narrow grip to hit all your zones in one session, and the foam padding around the grips is very comfortable to hold onto. The hooks that sit above the door swing in and out for easy storage, being held tightly in place by springs and locking pins. My only complaint is that the springs are very stiff and can be difficult to open at times, however I can imagine most of the people buying this won't have too much trouble with that. Great piece of kit for any home gym or for somebody just trying to keep in good shape 👍

Pros:- Sturdy- Folds flat- Quick to fold and unfold- Decent downloadable exercise guide includedCons:- The location of where the main bar is attached to the vertical elements (and of the gaps in the padding) is exactly where I want my hands to be for the pull-ups. I can grip wider or narrower, but not shoulder width- When the item arrives, the padding on the ends of the main bar is damaged (squashed completely flat) by the packaging

After using this for a month, I'm happy to say, this was a great purchase. The product itself is very solid and doesn't feel like any corners were cut for the price. In addition, it was a nice bonus that it was pre-assembled.Some minor things I noticed was the product came with a few scratches and the parts that are screwed together aren't flush. Again, for such minor things, it doesn't make me question my purchase.Things that put me off purchasing while reading the reviews were the bar going through the wall and/or marking the door frame. To mitigate the concern of going through the wall, whenever I put the bar up, I put a piece of wood between the wall and the bar to distribute the weight. For the marking of the door frame, I've only really noticed black marks that accumulate over time but these can be rubbed off with a little bit of water.Just for you to have an idea of the bar usage: I've been using it 4 times a week for full workouts. The workouts consist of hanging leg raises, pull-ups, and various ring exercises. No complaints.I hope this review puts any lingering doubts you may have to rest!

I thought it was a good product untill i noticed knees starting to touch the floor, quite frankly, the entire bar was sliding downwards, despite me making sure i had it gripped tightly on the doorframe. It completely collapsed after i got off.To all those who weight 70kg or over, DO NOT BUY

Love the item. Just make sure your door is not too wide, then it doesn’t extend very long.

Die Stange ist sehr robust und stark, trotz Holz Rahmen, hält Sie sehr gut in der Tür, ich habe bisher paar Pull ups gemacht und bin paar mal an der Stange hoch gesprungen und habe dran gerüttelt, dass Ding sitzt fest!Aber natürlich muss man beachten, dass Produkt ist sehr gut aber die Installation muss man ebenfalls gut machen! Wenn es kracht dann liegt es an einem selbst nicht am Produkt

La barra è facile da montare, è robusta e stabile. Gli appoggi hanno una superficie bella grande e con i gommini pertanto la presa è assicurata. Consigliato
