Fresh and tasty!
Good stuff! I made 4 ingredient pesto with it. Pine nuts, fresh basil grown in our own kitchen, sea salt………grind by hand with a mortar and pestle and add olive oil to desired consistency. These pine nuts were perfect for it and were a big hit at our Passover dinner.

Great nuts
I’ve been buying these nuts for the last 4 years and love them. In my opinion they are a good size, taste great and compliment many different dishes. I put these nuts in my salads, in family traditional dishes or as a snack! Yum

This is the right amount for a "casual user". Taste nice
Let me first preface this review with a disclaimer, I am NOT a pine nut connoisseur - I could not tell you which pine they are from, or when they were harvested. They are raw, not toasted. I like to them tossed in my autumnal dressing/stuffings and rice side dishes, and occasionally make pesto - it is not my husband's favorite, or as garnish on other pasta or vegetable dishes. I toss them in and on soups and salads and occasionally run across a baking recipe that calls for them, and I mix them in granola type snacks. I use them both toasted and raw. So, I know what really stale ones taste like, because that is what happens with about half of the larger bags I have been buying, they go stale before we use them up. These tasted fresh to me - a whole lot fresher than the ones I just pitched 😜. It is enough to make pesto once, and/or add to a batch of granola - depending on the size batches of either that you make - with a few left over for assorted garnishes. I may have to buy again for Thanksgiving or Christmas, but that is better than pitching a half bag, so I am happy. They were exactly what I wanted.
