Regatta Kids Oversized Waterproof Changing Robe

Great value dry robe. Bought the 6-9 year size for my almost 6 year old and its a great fit. Originally ordered the 3-5 but it fitted her like a coat rather than a loose, baggy dry robe style fit. My daughter loves the colour. We bought this for a camping trip, so she could go to the shower block in it, have a shower, put it on to dry off and then get dressed once back at our pitch. It is also a warm coat on chillier nights. Very versatile and good quality.

I bought one of these for my daughter to wear to swimming lessons and was so impressed by the quality and price, that I bought one for myself. It looks very beautiful in the blue colour and I receive lots of compliments about it. The robe is a nice length and very roomy, with decent sized zipped pockets. The fleece lining is super snuggly and thankfully stops short of the adjustable arm cuffs, which is a great feature. Friends who own the high priced, popular branded robes complain that the fleece lining on theirs goes all the way to the cuff, resulting in soggy wrists and arms when it is raining. I work in a school and wear this robe out on the yard in the wet, Welsh weather and it keeps me bone dry. Water beads and runs straight off it. My only gripe is that the hood isn't adjustable and is quite large, so wind can blow in and hurt my ears. I wear a hat or ear muffs now to overcome this issue. For the high quality, practicality and price, you really cannot go wrong with this changing robe.

These robes are fab! Great value too in comparison to some of the other brands. They are waterproof so they don’t hold water or soak through and they have a soft fleece Sherpa lining which feels lovely after coming out of the sea. I’ve ordered 3 for each of my children and have tried all of the sizes. I would definitely recommend sizing up as they have Velcro around the cuff of the sleeves so you can adjust this to suit. My daughter is a tall 8 year old and we got the 9 to 13 and it fits great with plenty of room. We got the 5 to 9 for my 4 year old as the 3 to 5 didn’t leave much room to grow and also not a snuggly as it was more fitted. They are like wearing a big comfy blanket! It’s great on a sunny day coming out of the sea and also on a cold windy day taking the dog for a walk! Defo recommend

Great quality coat, really lightweight but still lovely and warm on cold rainy days. The sizing is fantastic, fits my tall 4 year old with plenty of room for him to grow. It’s really lightweight so great for the school run and for at school. The only downside is that the hood is quite small. It just about comes over to the top of your forehead so it does keep your hair dry, but doesn’t offer much protection for your face. Even with that though I would definitely purchase again!

Giving five stars because it’s a great coat, waterproof and warm however it was too small for my son so I had to return it and buy a small adult one. My boy is 12 but very tall for his age (about 5’10!) and the sleeves on this one only just passed his elbows! I bought the same size for my daughter who it 10, again tall (about 5’5) and it’s perfect for her. I think if your child is average height or taller, age 10 or above, go for a small adults version.

Very nice warm took kids because am five foot nine stone fit is brilliant for me just at knee lengh and plenty of room arms are fine on me I’ve short arms very happy with regretta dry robe

Love these coats they are a God send. I have one and was so impressed with the warmth and comfort even in cold winds and rain, that I got one for my daughter but it was a camouflage colour, due to the recent weather she had been wearing it for school but they are quite strict with uniform policy and said she couldn't wear the camouflage one, I then began to look for one that was in keeping with the school colours. I was over the moon to find this one and the fact that you could get the Navy one without the logos and branding on it was even better. She was so happy with it and the teachers at the school can't complain as it looks very smart with her uniform. Win Win!!
