The detachable shower head has many different spray options to choose from. Its very easy to adjust not only the power but the shower head sprayer with one hand, not difficult at all. It was VERY easy to install. The cartridge is very easy to remove and replace and the device itself feels sturdy and well made. It does feel well made and hopefully will last a long time. It looks great, not cheap. It even has an option on the detachable showerhead thats very powerful we use as a waterpik for our teeth. Great buy!

**Q: The swivel ball joint is tight, causing difficulty in adjusting the angle.**
A: The swivel ball joint needs to be installed onto the shower arm first before the angle can be easily adjusted due to leverage. Adjusting the head out of the box by hand does not reflect its swivel capability after installation.

**Q: Is there a leak at the connection point?**
A: Check if the filtered rubber washer inside the connector is placed and flattened properly, avoid overtightening the connector or the gasket may get squeezed. Use some Teflon tape (3-5 circles) as an auxiliary measure to prevent leakage.

**Q: Is there a leak coming from the massage shower head?**
A: The leakage may be caused by a loose cap on the filter replacement part. Please tighten the cap on the left side to the maximum extent and wait for a few minutes to see if the leakage continues to exist.

**Q: Doesn't fit?**
A: Our shower head is designed to be compatible with the widely used standard G1/2 interface. However, please note that if your home has a different interface and not the G1/2, the shower head will not be compatible.

**Q: How to replace the filter cartridge, and where to buy the filter cartridge?**

The best shower head I have ever owned! The water pressure is great because you can control the power of both the handheld shower head and the sprayer. Both are very powerful! The detachable shower head has many different spray options to choose from. Its very easy to adjust not only the power but the shower head sprayer with one hand, not difficult at all. This is a great item for your shower and exceptional value and that you get three shower settings for the price of one. Not to mention the settings on the actual shower head. The appearance will match as long as you choose the right color. Of course the material looks like metal but I don't think it exactly is but it is stable in its holder and screws on nicely with no leakage. Overall a great buy at a great price. The horizontal shower portion will wash your back nicely. The button on the back side of the shower handle is high pressure. You could also use it to clean your shower as well as your body.
