I have been using ice packs for my Plantar Fasciitis for some months now but this is exactly what I looking for. This ice pack wraps around several pain areas at one. Other Ice packs are flat and only cover smaller areas at one time. I use it routinely and sometimes at night. Initially I used it daily several times a day. Now that I am at a point my Plantar fasciitis is manageable, I mostly use it with flare-ups. The materials are of great quality and appear durable. The size is optimal, I wear a women's size 7 and my son who wears a size 9. We can both use it comfortably as it us adjustable with secure velcro closures. I have yet to use it with heat or as a warm pad because my foot pain responds excellently with ice as it helps with the inflammation and also numbs the area resulting in further decreasing the pain. I would imagine it is versatile with warmth as it is with cold.

We have been using these for several months now and the are holding up well, the Velcro is still working fine, they stay cold for a good 20-30 after removing them from the freezer. I would suggest wearing socks while using them. good value and the size fits pretty good as well. definably helps relieve some pain in the foot and ankles, and not very heavy.

Ankle ice wrap works pretty well, coldness touching quite a bit of ankle surface area, it folds narrow so it doesn't take much room in the freezer. It could be larger to go around an enlarged swollen ankle. Stays cold for 20 minutes or so.

This that icy ankle hitter, that heal your heart with collard greens and a casserole. This will have you feeling like a cannon ball ready to blast off. Ain’t much else out there that’s legal and can have your ankle feeling like a dang robot leg ready to whoop azz and take names.

These are large enough, can fit snugly around the foot, but they just do not stay cold long enough to be very effective.

This worked great on my ankle. They get very cold in my freezer and stay cold for a good amount of time. I leave this on my ankle for 20 minutes and it's still very cold when I take it off. This is my second Hilph product (first was for knee) and I would definitely purchase again. Velcro stays put and the size is perfect.

Finally an ice pack for my ankle that is easy to put on. This works great and is well-shaped with an easy-to-secure strap. Do not plan to wear this with shoes unless you have oversized slides.

My saving grace! Since fracturing my ankle this has been the best purchase I've made. Its a perfect fit and nice and cold when needed.

I am very happy with this product that I purchased two of them as they are only sold by one. The price was reasonable. They worked great for my ankles. These also come with a plastic bag for storage as well. The price is very reasonable.

Good. But stiffer than I would have hoped. Would like it to have hugged snug around my ankle

Lightweight, I use it cold for planter fasciitis works well. Fits in my flip-flops as well can walk with it.
