Excellent Design- I had NO fitment issues.
The cleanest, and best designed shockmount for my Yeti Blue Mic- I had no issues with fit, looks and works like a charm.

It WILL fit the newer Yeti, BUT...
I experienced the same troubles as some of the reviewers trying to fit my new Yeti Blue into this mount. First attempt, I wasn't even able to push the mic halfway into the sleeve, no matter how much muscle I put into it. Once I managed to get the mic back out, I noticed that the elastics that suspend the sleeve in the metal frame weren't seated in the grooves cut into the inside of the sleeve- they were sitting on "top" of the grooves. By removing the elastics completely and then stretching them tight, I got them to fit into the grooves. The holes in the sleeve were small enough that they kept the elastics stretched tight until I was able to reattach them to the frame. Voila! The mic fits easily into the sleeve now. As for the alignment of the holes to put the screws in, I had the same issues as others but was able to BARELY get them installed without having to enlarge the holes. The manufacturer needs to fix this!

Perfect Fit for the Blue Yeti
I don't understand the negative reviews for this. I bought it for my Blue Yeti -- the shock mount fits like a glove and the screw-holes line up perfectly. Installation was super easy and it's exactly what I needed to this microphone on my new microphone arm.

Good quality shock mount - Does NOT fit Shure MV7
I bought this because I liked the design and I hoped it would fit my Shure MV7 which for some reason doesn't come with a shock mount. Unfortunately, the inner "C" shaped piece is too small and can't line up with the screw holes on the MV7. I'm disappointed it doesn't fit because it is very well made and the design is a lot more compact than the typical shock mounts that have an array of metal pieces and elastic bands all around them.

Not for Blue Yeti
I ordered this twice figuring I just got a damaged one, but my Blue Yeti didn't fit in either one. The Yeti fit inside of it, but the holes didn't line up, making it unusable. It's a nice quality mic holder, just not for the Yeti.
