Having had my dog run off, one dark night in the park, I wanted to make sure she was really visible from now on, in case she ever does it again. She is well behaved, but you can never account for squirrels. Sadly, the product I received is nowhere near as bright as the photos on the web site. Most of the light seems to travel down the fibre optic pipes and exit at the ends - the optic pipes need some more surface texture I think. Very little light is actually emitted sideways. If the product was a quarter of this price, I would have been reasonably happy. But for this price, it needs to be excellent and sadly isn't. Did I get sent an early version? I don't know. But this one is going straight back to Amazon. Disappointed. It’s USB recharagable & really last for 12 hours. The ultra bright lights allow you to see your dog from a great distance. My daughter has had hers for 3 years & still going strong. We use them for 6 months, 7 days a week so price wise it‘a nothing. It means our dogs can run off lead in the park during the winter the same as in the summer. Easy to wash. I saw this harness, read the reviews and thought I’d give it ago. Yes, it’s a lot of money but the safety of our dog is more important.
