This isn't my first purchase from Dreo and it won't be my last. Everything this company makes is fantastic, priced right and their app is probably the best there is in the home automation industry. I bought this fan to use with my bike trainer to keep me cool on indoor rides. It's ideal for this use because it's small, it packs a punch with air flow and it can be tilted to point at my head/torso while riding. But the bonus feature is that it's wifi and integrates with Home Assistant. I was able to create an automation within Home Assistant to adjust the fan speed based on my heart rate while I'm riding with Swift. This allows me to accomplish what the Wahoo KICKR Headwind does ($299) for $80. But the bonus is that this DREO Smart Fan has nearly double the air flow capacity of 853 CFM vs the KICKR Headwind at 456 CFM. It's also smaller in form factor, has more precise directional control than the KICKR Headwind. This fan rocks on so many levels. If you're looking for a bike fan, this thing is perfect. And if you don't want to create fancy automations, just use the remote!

I have recently bought two. After setting up the 1st one with Alexa which was very easy, and placing it in the large master bedroom, I could access every function from the bed without hunting for the remote or having to get up or fumble around in the dark for the remote or the control panel on the fan base. I live in south Florida so humidity and consistently high summer temperatures are a given. This fan let's me adjust fan speed etc even in the dark. When settling into bed,I will usually set it through Alexa at a higher velocity because my western facing BR is a little stuffy then. After a few hours, as the room reaches the lower temperature as the rest of the house, I just say "Alexa turn down David's fan" without even having to move from my preferred position or having to become fully awake to set any new preference. I purchased the second fan a week later because this fan can move a huge volume of air. The second fan is set up in the open living/kitchen area and I will feel great air movement at least 40' away wherever I happen to be because this fan is so well engineered that it does its magic efficiency and very quietly. I can't imagine a better fan and I own several Vornado fans that are considered to be the best by many reviewers. Bottom line: it is rather expensive for a fan but it offers both app and Alexa connectivity plus a remote (that I never use) so i believe this is actually a very well priced appliance when all the features are considered. 6 STARS if I could.

First, when I got it, it decided to not work with one of the outlets I use. I am not sure why, other things are plugged into it, including a surge protector. When I tried plugging it into the surge protector, which has other stuff plugged in, that are actively on (like my TV), it still didn't turn on. I thought I had a dud. But it works on other outlets, so I do not know what the issue there is. After getting it working, it seems nice. The lowest setting is powerful enough to reach me from 15-20 ft away and still stay remarkably quiet (I could hear the box fan downstairs over this). Its got the three qualities I want: power, small size, and low noise. Also, there ARE buttons on the device to control it, they just aren't real buttons, they're those touch buttons. Sleek if you like that, I'm sorta old and it took me a bit (and an accidental brushing against it) to notice them. I thought it was remote control only and was a little annoyed until I noticed that because I don't think you should need some external object to control a device like a fan. I mean, its a fan, its need to be simple to operate. Thankfully it is.

The Best ! I bought one of these fans in the past year. They are of such High Quality, quiet,multi-feature, and most of all do More than I ever expected to help me breathe , with asthma, while I’m sleeping Someone with a lot of design, engineering and cooling experience did a Fabulous job of producing these fans for we people with breathing problems. Does a great job of Moving air-conditioning air around the room Note - I just purchased Two More of these excellent fans to place in front of room vents with the Most Cool Air-conditioned air to Really move the cold air without having to run the furnace fan at all - Yes, a very smart move on my part

I bought the Dreo 511S table13 inch fan to replace an older traditional style table fan that stopped working. I chose this brand because it has decent customer reviews. I mostly run the fan on the #1 low setting at night when I sleep. The wireless app control feature is a nice function, worth the extra expense. However, I have noticed this fan is making some loud clicking noises while osculating after a few months of using it (see video). The fan pushes plenty of air for a bedroom. As for noise, this fan is slightly quitter than my older table fan, but not by much. The tilt angle is not as smooth as it should be. It would be nice if the controls on the top of the base were better labeled to be easier to understand. If you are used to a tabletop fan with a larger face and bigger fan blades, then the Dreo will seem small at first. However, the more you use it the more the feeling goes away. Also, I wish the fan just osculated and not the whole base. For cleaning this fan does come apart, but not as easy as a fan that has a metal face guard with latches. As far as overall quality only time will tell if this fan lasts as long as my older traditional tabletop fan did. Considering there are not many choices in affordable smaller table fans, this fan fits this category good. If you are looking for a fan that will cool a bedroom down during hot days or make it comfortable to sleep at night, then this fan is perfect for that. However, if you are cooling a larger room then I would look at their bigger models. The bottom line is that it is a good fan for the price but does need minor improvements.

The worst ever item that I had ordered and it turned out to be disaster. The moment I plugged the fan the coil burned out and it’s not working. It’s a complete ripoff and I would never ever urge anyone to fall in this trap. I lost almost USD 200 for this product .

Um excelente produto, chegou bem embalado. Apesar de ser pequeno e não ocupar muito espaço, emite uma brisa muito agradável, tendo também funções interessantes como modo Noturno, Oscilação, modo automático. O controle remoto é funcional, leve e agradável ao toque. Também pode instalar a APP e controlar este circulador de ar pelo telemóvel. Muito conveniente quando o controle não está ao alcance das nossas mãos. Ah e por último e não menos importante é extremamente silencioso. Adorei a compra e recomendo.

+ Push a lot of air for a desk fan while looking good doing it. + Temperature and custom control of the fan speed. + Scheduling, I use it for night mode and oscillation. - For the price I would have liked more functionality. I don't use the remote. I did a noise test with my phone (placed it beside the fan at level 4) and ~28dB is what I got, basically same as advertised.

Tenía un un ventilador de otra marca del doble del tamaño de este Dreo y era demasiado ruidoso para dormir. Este Dreo es el tamaño perfecto, lo tengo en mi escritorio y normalmente lo uso la velocidad 2 o 3 cuando no tengo prendido el clima (vivo en una ciudad con mucho calor y humedad) , por las noches lo uso en 1 y lo programo pra que se apague una hora después de haberme acostado. Con la actualización de la app (octubre 2023) se agregó una función de programar el apagado y encendido automáticamente a cualquier hora del día las veces que sea necesario así que programo que se encienda a la hora que mi aire acondicionado se apaga. La app es muy buena pero me gusta que también traiga control remoto y este es el que siempre uso para controlarlo. La Alexa en español no entiende siempre cuando le pido que cambie algún ajuste del Dreo pero eso es cosa más de Amazon y el idioma, prefiero mil veces usar el control remoto que además es sencillo, pequeño y bonito. Yo lo uso a una distancia de máximo 3 metros, cuando lo alejo no me encanta porque me gusta sentir el aire directo, en velocidad 4 se siente súper bien estando lejos del Dreo pero nunca me ha gustado usar la máxima potencia de ningún producto sea cual sea la marca, eso es gusto personal además de que el clima de dónde vivo es húmedo, si fuera seco seguro lo tendría más lejos sin problema. La mejor compra que he hecho en are año.
