EASYLONGER ES400 AIR CPAP Battery, 148Wh CPAP Battery Pack for Camping

I purchased this in preparation for a camping trip abroad next year. It was delivered on time, in very nice packaging with a carry case included. Once delivered I fully charged to test with my Philips Dreamstation to see A) would it last a full night and if so B) How long would it last on a full charge. The battery indicator is in the form of 5 bars (so approxiately 20% per bar). I was amazed to see on waking up after the first night (7 hours & 22 mins use) that it still had all 5 bars showing and therefore I'm guessing had used less than 20%. Important to note that I don't use any heating or humidifier, which I would guess would increase consumption significantly. After night 2 (7 hours & 57 mins use) it had 3 bars remaining, so I risked a 3rd night (7 hours & 12 mins use) and it still had a bar indicating on the battery the next morning. I'm not going to risk a 4th night, mainly because I should have access to charge each day when I'm away, so have tested to a worst case scenario for me and happy to report it passed with flying colours. Over 22 and a half hours use, with charge still left in the device. I'm a big fan of companies that under promise and over deliver rather than the other way around and Easylonger fall in to this category based on this experience and will definitely look at other products. If you're a CPAP user who may have the odd night where you don't have access to power, this is a great bit of kit and will come in handy.

This powers my Resmed 10 Autoset cpap machine for 1 and a half nights sleeping for 8 hours a night. Easy to charge and relatively light to carry in luggage. A larger battery would be needed for a number of nights without charging if going off grid.

What an absolute joke of an item - fully charged and didn’t last 3 hours!!! Powering a 24v system and it lasted only 3 hours Now the unit won’t charge at all! £180 for a piece of rubbish

Thought I’d give it a good test before writing a review. I bought this a couple of weeks ago to be able to take my CPAP machine when I go camping. Compared to batteries I’ve used in the past this is superb. I’ve had two continuous nights use out of it at home with about 4 hours left. It takes about 4 to 6 hours to fully charge, to be honest, I didn’t really time it. However, other batteries I’ve used in the past took about 12 to 14 hours to charge so by comparison Im happy. I don’t use a humidifier or heat tubes, probably important factors. It’s perfect for my needs and is light enough to carry in a rucksack. I recommend it.

What a life saver this piece of equipment is. I use it for my CPAP machine while camping. It is just a shame about the missed delivery date and the courier not being able to meeting their end of the bargain.

Bought this to use with my Philips steam station for camping ,I got two nights of 10 hours sleep out of it ,perfect for w weekend camp . I forgot the little cable that joins it to my CPAP lady camp but used it to keep my heat pad going and charge my phone and other usb camping devices ,I would recommend ,shame the bag it comes in didn't allow for you to keep the right lead in it ,and shame it dosnt come with car charger .

Cables are clearly marked and the included guide is clear in connecting with CPAP. Product is overall solid built except for the cover lid, which is twisted and does not seal the main ports (DC IN/OUT, USB C OUT, USB OUT). Given that there is a pouch where to keep the battery, I do not think is of an issue. I might even remove the lid altogether as it gets on way of connecting cables. The AC charger and CPAP cable use the same DC port. After initial recharging of the battery, I connected my Airsense11 with included cable and used 24V DC output. I got almost full 4 nights of power to my CPAP (Airsense11 w/out humidifier and Mirage FX). Total hours powered by the battery were 27:43. I get easily full 3 nights of sleep with this battery. Obviously this varies according to the CPAP equipment and usage of additional USB ports to charge other devices. I have the second charge going and so far the consumption is consistent with the first one.

Absolut tolles Gerät. Ich habe den Easylonger Akku für mein CEPAP Gerät von Philips gekauft. Ich war im Sommer öfter am Wochenende zelten und habe ihn dafür regelmäßig genutzt. Jetzt war ich damit für 3 Wochen in Namibia, wofür ich den Akku ursprünglich gekauft habe und muss sagen, alles richtig gemacht. Der Hersteller verspricht 1. Tag mit Luftbefeuchter. Ich nutze nutze ihn ohne und habe immer 3 Nächte mit dem Gerät schlafen können. Zusätzlich haben wir tagsüber zwei Handys geladen. Die Kapazität des Akkus ist außerdem im Rahmen der erlaubten Amperzahl für den Flugverkehr und das aufgelebte Typenschild wurde auch bei Flugabfertigung sofort akzeptier. Vielen Dank für dieses Stück Freiheit.
