Missing filter
I noted from prior reviews that the filters delivered did not match what was promised but thought I would still give it a try. Unfortunately, I also did not receive one of the filters that should have been provided in the bundle. It appears as though Aquasana has a fulfillment issue.

NOT Pre and Post as shown & described
This item shows AND describes this as a bundle of (3) 20” pre-filters and (1) post filter. It arrived as 4 pre-filters so now I have to order the post filter separately 😡 This is not cool, I needed both filters replaced before my home inspection and now I’m not sure the post filter will arrive on time. Very annoying.

Three prefilters and one postfilter were ordered.What arrived was four prefilters and zero postfilters.Now, in order to maintain an appropriate filter replacement cadence, I will need to place a second order for a postfilter while I wait for Aquasana to remedy this issue.

Not as advertized.
Supposed to be 3 20" filters and one 10" filter. Received 4 20" filters which are less expensive than the 10".
