OUTSTANDING QUALITY PRODUCT & EASY TO ASSEMBLE
MY INITIAL REVIEW APRIL 2024 WAS AS FOLLOWS: Product is easy to assemble. (Just remember to put four of the longer trellis pieces into the base unit FIRST.) The trellis is made out of metal - which I would highly recommend over anything plastic. They are currently sitting, assembled in my living room, and will move them outside shortly to plant. From a design perspective, I don't think I would recommend them for inside use as though they assemble easily, I don't believe they are water tight. It's questionable as to whether the caster wheels, though functional, will stand up to the weight of the plants, soil, and water, but will modify my review after they're planted for a few months. I find the tops of the units to be visually "jarring" - they stop abruptly as they are squared off. Adding an additional piece to the top that was "arched" would be much more calming to the eye. Yes - they are still functional as is without it. An arched top would simply make the physical appearance of the product more soothing/appealing. The product comes with a 2 year warranty. (I didn't find anything similar on the market.) It can be extended for another year by sending your proof of purchase to the company via the email they provide ([email protected]) as I was unable to reach anyone via their chat process. Simply send them a copy of your Amazon purchase invoice. I recommend you request confirmation that your product registration was received, and the warranty has been extended for an additional year. It may take a bit for their customer service department to respond, but they will respond. One of my concerns for these planters is that the bases of these units appear to be some type of plastic. Over the years, I have found the sun destroys plastic planters and pots very quickly, making them extremely brittle and prone to cracking. I am hoping these products survive the test, and will get back to you with an additional review at the end of the summer growing season. MY CURRENT REVIEW 11 APRIL 2026: My current review is two years after my purchase of this product. I LOVE the fact that I can provide such a review, as I have never been in such a position until now. I absolutely LOVE THESE PLANTERS, and am in the process of planting in them once again this season. Not only is their design perfect for hot weather and dry summers (the water resevoirs in the bottoms significantly help keep the soil moist), they also survive frigid brutal winters - out doors. Their design is efficient, sturdy, and incredibly flexible. The fact that their trellises efficiently support the heavy weight of vining plants and are easily removed to facilitate future plantings makes them incredibly versitile. Their lockable coasters on the bottom make moving and repositioning them a breeze. Not only do I highly recommend them, if given the opportunity I would love to test and review other products produced by LINEX. Thank you LINEX for producing such a high quality product that I'm proud to call my own

Easy assembly
Easy to assemble and built well. Unable to fully review until the tomatoes planted are mature as that will confirm the tomato grows well in the trellis.

Best Climbing Plant Planters Out There!
I absolutely love these planters. My plants finally started thriving when I put them in these. The picture with my review shows my first harvest of this season, which are from plants I grew all from seed in the planters. From seed to harvest, I’m very impressed. Since this product has wheels, it was really easy for me to roll these in the house at the end of winter and start the seeds using grow lights hanging from the cage. When the weather warmed up, I just rolled these outside onto the patio. Any time you need to move this anywhere else, the wheels make it super easy. The fact that it is made out of plastic also means that it is very lightweight and you don’t have to worry about things like wood rot. Until you fill it full of dirt, it’s very easy to lift these and move them around that way, too. I almost only buy aquaphoric planters nowadays. That means that there is a reservoir underneath the planting section to capture any excess water, and make it available to the plant when the soil starts to dry out. For those of us who aren’t plant experts, or for those who just value convenience, this mitigates both over and under watering issues. Overall, this is a full five star product. Between the reservoir in the bottom with plugs to drain any excess water, and the strong cage attached to the planter itself, this has been the easiest growing season I have experienced thus far. I highly recommend this product and continue adding more to my garden.

Growing tomatoes is hard, but these containers can help you crack the code.
Nothing says summer like the smell of a tomato plant. But getting that plant to produce tomatoes is more complicated than you might think. However, these containers may be the answer to all your tomato woes. Let me explain. Problem #1: Tomatoes love water, but not too much water. Solution: The self-watering feature on this planter ensures that the tomato plant receives the right amount of water. The reservoir at the bottom allows the plant to draw up water as needed through capillary action. This planter has 4 main reservoirs and then an overflow reservoir. If necessary, the overflow reservoir can be drained by removing one of the white plugs. However, manual draining is unnecessary because while the reservoir is water-tight, the modular construction of the planter is not. So excessive water will leak out the sides. This prevents overwatering, which will damage your plant's roots. This feature makes it an excellent choice for an outdoor planter. I would not recommend it for indoor use. The reservoir is 1.5 to about 2 inches deep. I was concerned this was not deep enough to hold much water, so I measured how much water it could hold. It can hold at least 5 cups, 40 fluid oz, or 1.3 liters of water. Extremely hot weather can deplete that much of a water reserve in a day, but it will prevent the need for you to water your tomatoes multiple times a day. Problem #2: Tomatoes love the sun, but not too much sun. Solution: The supports provided with the planter allow you to position the tomato plant strategically to ensure it receives the right amount of sunlight which means you can maximize your tomato crop. Most tomato plants thrive at temperatures between 65-95 degrees Fahrenheit. The wheels on these planters allow you to move your plants into the shade during the hottest hours of the day if needed. Depending on the size of your plant, you might be able to use the existing trellis to rig up some shade with a sheet or tarp. Problem #3: An unseasonably cold night will kill your tomato plant. Tomatoes do not care for temperatures below 50 degrees. Early in the season, when your plants are young, you can quickly drop a sheet over the trellis and protect them from the cold. Later in the season, when your plants are larger, the wheels on these planters make it easy to move them indoors for the night. Even with the soil, the plant, and the trellis, the planter will be easy enough for most people to lift over doorways. Pro Tip: Add your dirt before you put on the trellis. Potential concerns- These planters are attractive but are made of plastic. This makes the planter lightweight enough to move around but might also be more susceptible to damage and fading over time. The most concerning feature is that the casters are made of plastic. Outdoor living spaces aren't always level, so the casters could be damaged. The good news is that these planters will work fine without the casters. You can still lift them to move them around if you do it carefully by lifting the planter by the solid piece at the bottom. It just won't be as easy or convenient. But for the price, I think it’s worth the risk.

Best Planters Ever!!
These are the best planters that I have ever had. Whoever thought these up covered all the aspects of patio gardening. They are compact, have wheels, pipes that you can build a cage. The planter itself has a reserve at the bottom that comes with rubber corks. This way you can have a drainage for overwatering or you can fill up the reserve for when you travel. I travel quite a bit and this is the first time I didn't have to pay someone to water my plants while I'm gone. We all know that tomato plants take a lot of water. I had to leave for 5 days when it was really hot out. I put in the rubber corks and filled it with how much water I would normally do per day. I figured I would kill them (I have lost so many plants during my travels). I came back and it worked out perfect!! They had no water in the reserve and they were ready for water but looked great!! They look so good on my patio too!! I live downtown Chicago and you can't have an "ugly" garden. We had a party and everyone was commenting on how classy my planters were! Next year I'm going to add to the five I have. I have been using a big pot for other plants but I'm moving them to these planters. Honestly, I have been gardening for 50 years and I've never had a planter like this. They are easy to put together and once the season is over I can take them down and fit them into my tiny storage cage!! One thing I would recommend is adding hydro gel granules to the soil at their recommended amount. This has all became such a game changer for me. Kudos to this company (American Made) and the quality and pricing they have. Great job!!!

Ingenious!
I love this thing. After years of trying to maneuver around heavy ceramic pots, or investing in plastic pots that tip, or trellis that do not fit in the pot ... I am hopeful this is the answer. Was able to put this together in 15 minutes - make sure each attachment is secure when you are building it, otherwise it will be lopsided (it's easy to take apart too if that happens). Threw some dirt in, the tomato plant and away we go. I can now move it for one end of the deck to the other depending on if I need space for people or if the plant needs more sun. It seems very sturdy, I would buy several for my tomato plants and cucumbers, but want to give this a try first as they are a bit speedy.
