LOCCEF 2 Pairs Winter Work Gloves Men Women, Thermal Freezer Gloves

Excellent winter work gloves! I ordered ten pair of these very affordable work gloves for a charity work event where we loaded a dumpster with discarded household items and lawn clippings from an abandoned house. The discarded items were weathered and full of bugs and snakes, broken glass and sharp metal edges. The gloves were very protective and warm. I ordered 3 different sizes and they fit the crew well with women wearing the mediums and the men choosing between large and XL. They held up well and were much appreciated by all the workers. I was very impressed with the quality for the extremely low price of $10 per pair of work gloves.

These gloves are good for keeping hands warms in cool environments. However, if working in a storage freezer for more than an hour better gloves than these are needed. I work in a distribution warehouse handling food stuffs from dry, cooler and freezer storage sections of the warehouse. I have been searching for gloves that stop my finger tips from burning with what feels like the onset of frostbite. These gloves at first seem to work well but grabbing frozen items quickly saps the warmth out of these breathable gloves. The rubber texture is great for grip but prevents these gloves from being used as liners to other thicker gloves. I wont be getting more of these due to the lack of freeze protection but will recommend them for not so cold jobs. The fabric is easy to snag on any barbs and even one’s own finger nails so don’t expect them to last for long. They can and should be washed if long term use is intended. Good product not truly for freezer work.

This glove is actually pretty good compared Kebada T2 glove that I finished using. Additionally, it stays more warm, and doesn't lock in moisture to create foul odor smelling bacteria like Kebada product. However, Kebada is more durable than the LOCCEF, so you lose and gain some. If you are orderselecting in freezer environment, then I would use this glove. However, if you are on a forklift most of time without case picking (reach trucks), then I would recommend using vinyl glove under this glove to protect your hands from freezer burns, etc. Nonetheless, some people complain that it is still freezing with this glove, but my hands create lot of heat, so this might work for people with high body temperature. Therefore, I will buy this product again.

Used them for construction and they hold up pretty good. I have to use a nail gun and they kept my hands warmer than any of the other winter style gloves with this same design. Still a little cold but tolerable considering you’re holding a piece of metal with 120 psi running through it. The other brands, your hands are almost numb. I’m a fan of these for winter for sure.

I stock freezer products so this is just my pov. These gloves aren’t meant to last me a year but more than a month would have been great. Pros; Keeps my hands warm considering they are in a freezer door all day, The grip coating lasts even when it’s worn down, My hands aren’t super bulky when I wear em so I work faster. Cons; Not water proof, The inner lining comes loose and I start losing my grip often because my hand shifts in the gloves, I also shimmy off every finger now so that the lining doesn’t pull out again, after a month the coating has officially started to tear off the glove and once that starts it’s all downhill. It’s definitely from the gloves getting wet from ice falling off the plastic packages. I have washed them a couple times and didn’t have an issue from the dryer either. I haven’t washed them since I noticed the wear and tear. The grip can only work if it stays on the gloves. I mean pieces are falling off. I put these gloves through a stress test and I can say my only hope is trying a smaller size so that the lining doesn’t shift after it’s worn down. I do like these gloves but man one more try is all I can bother with. It’s been 30 days since I purchased them so definitely been wearing them less than that.

when in the absolute brutal cold, you need something that has some thickness to it, but also something that can breathe if you’re going to be working out. The rubber makes it that you are less likely to get it wet on rainy days outside, but the top is still open mesh, so you still have a weight for breathability. I have tested these and 5°F for 45 minutes in an outdoor F3 workout and survived…. but of course I had to work hard to stay warm ;)

Love these gloves! I’ve been working in coolers for years. They are the only gloves that keep my hands warm.
