how is this served cold in a pasta salad?

Good. It holds it's shape and texture well. Granted you do not overcook the pasta. I made my pasta salad, refrigerate it and ate it over days.

Is this soluable tapioca fiber or IMO fiber?

Tapioca fiber. But it is not good. We threw ours away.

Is the Tapioca Fiber in the ingredients IMO or non-IMO?
