Pillow is really good n comfortable. Love the buttons as they help in adjusting how snug you need the neck pillow to be. The reason for deduction of one star is the storage bag. On my first trip the black ribbon that has a button to attach to your bags tore off. I hope you look into this n improve the quality.

Nah!!
Company sent me a used one, it appears, with open box and no Amazon packaging,so I returned it back. Plus, I don’t think it is good design wise. It doesn’t make any sense to purchase. There are cheaper pillows available withe good design for neck comfort.
