Q: I am still waiting on my order from June 19th, how do I find out if I am ever going to recieve it?

Q: do you have to drain tank first, then use with water? or can you add just before tank is almost full

Ideally, yes! Dump and flush the black tank, fill the black tank with fresh water to the highest misreading sensor or fill all the way up to hit all sensors. Restore-It can be used while using the black tank but it is not recommended to add just before the black tank is full. Restore-It needs time to break down the buildup on the sensors, ideally 72 hours!

Q: Is there a product for sensors in grey tank?

We recommend Dawn Ultra dish soap for misreading sensors in the gray tank! A 20 ounce bottle per 40 gallons, fill gray tank to highest misreading sensor and add entire bottle of Dawn Ultra, allow to sit for 12 hours! Repeat this process until sensors are fully restored.

Q: I used this stuff and my sensors are still misreading. Why?

Sensors often need multiple treatments to be fully restored. Try the process again and let another treatment sit in a full tank of clean water for as long as you can. Our products are some of the strongest on the market and if they are unable to help, your black tank sensors might require replacement.
