Beautiful quality item! I bought one as a gift for my friend and she was so happy with it: she said the packaging was so pretty it was like a gift in itself. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and would certainly highly recommend this product. It holds about 2 regular mugs of coffee/tea, and retains the heat long enough to finish the drink. The design of this mug I found better than other travel mugs because of the handle; it's so much more comfortable to hold.

Although the mug is extremely pretty, it is much too heavy to use as a travel mug. Another concern is that once there is a hot drink in it, it is too hot to touch. Really disappointed as I will it be using it as I intended. It is just a very pretty mug that I will probably only use in the garden.
