RAINPOINT Water Timer for Garden Hose - 2 Zone Sprinkler Timer with Rain Delay/Manual Watering/Automatic Irrigation for Yard Lawn

The Rainpoint timer is exactly what I was looking for to complete my irrigation project. Easy to install and set up with a viewable digital display screen that alternates between the current time and the next watering cycle. It’s dependable and allows separate watering zones to be set up independently, and, it’s easily changed as needed. Completely eliminated the need for watering by hose once my drip system was in place. I bought this to replace one I bought about a year ago. The product performs very well, but the follow up customer service, when needed, was what truly makes this company shine and the Rainpoint timer worth buying. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a water timer. Most importantly, a company that really stands behind its products.

Purchased a 2 zone pp timer In August 2025. The product was easy to set up and worked like a champ however it developed a leak. Provided the customer service team a copy of my invoice, a picture and short video of the unit and the leak and within only a couple days I had recvd a response and confirmation a new timer was being sent out. I don’t think they could have made the process any easier. Very happy with the product and the customer service team

This sprinkler timer is working well enough. I'd give it 5 stars, but about 2 days after the initial programming it decided to reset itself to factory defaults. Still not sure why. That was about 3 weeks ago and it's been working fine ever since, so hopefully it was just a one-time fluke. Programming the device is easy enough. I like that it's easy to manually disable everything using the dial (without losing schedules), and I also like that I can manually turn on either zone for a set amount of time outside of the schedules. The fittings, despite being plastic, are working just fine for me. No leaks. Worth mentioning I have mine in the shade, so I have no concerns about UV damage over time.

I have 4 of these Rainpoint water timers that manage my entire landscape watering system. They work flawlessly, are super easy to install, set up and require no maintenance other than battery replacements which I do once a year. I live in Florida so I do change my watering times in the summer to water more frequently and less frequently in the winter months. Manual watering is also easy to activate when needed. As you can see in the pictures I put this unit under the shed skirting to keep it out of site. I also use 2 of these units to manger my entire side yard with over 50 tropical plants. This unit also works flawlessly. As you can see by the picture, my tropical garden is in great shape and gets watered daily. I also installed this timer in a water box below ground in my paver area. I run all Rainpoint timers at my house (4) to alternate sprinklers on my well pump. They’re easy to use, work flawlessly, and the customer service is top notch. It’s easy to setup, and lasts forever on the batteries. Will do business again.

I purchased the ITV205 unit about six months ago, and it has already failed. The unit started leaking from the body, and while the inlet and outlets are sealed, water pours directly out of the device itself, making it unusable unless I want a constant leak next to my house. I reached out to RainPoint support, and they initially responded within a day, confirming the leak was a known issue that troubleshooting couldn't fix and offering a replacement under warranty. However, as soon as I provided the requested Amazon order number, shipping address, and video evidence of the defect, they completely stopped responding. I have followed up multiple times over the last two weeks, but I have been totally ghosted. Now my garden is suffering because I can't use the irrigation system, and the company refuses to honor their warranty. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products and supports its customers.

This is a great product. Works wonderfully. Can customize and recustomize. No leaking from seals. Set up is simple, installation is easy.

I own 4 of these and they are more than reliable. Battery life is great and they are easy to set up.
