We have been using this for years. It is the BEST sausage flavoring. I would never use anything else and the combination of spices and heat is perfect!

My first attempt at making my own Italian sausage. This mix was perfect for what I needed. I did add a little more mix to my ground pork than was recommended, but it turned out hot and delicious. Everyone loved it.

They need to cut back with the salt and heat. Love the flavor but the more you add to increase that taste , the saltier and hotter it gets. Shame really , tried the mild but that is even saltier . But it’s the best so far. Will try one more brand and see if it’s better.

I used this with my venison. It is very good. Makes great Italian sausage. Its got a little kick. Most people would say its hot enough. I actually mix a little at a time. 9.08 grams per pound. I added a little fennel, just because, but didnt have to. I wil buy this again! Very Good!
