Have no issues with this book. But it's a little on the thin side and I would like to have seen more in-depth content for all those tricky situations that beginners face on the back streets and motorways.

If you are learning to drive its a must have.

Useful book to assist learner drivers. My daughter has both this and the app. I think she uses the app more, but this is definitely important for her full reference.

I managed to pass the theory test first time with the help of this book. Most of the sections take roughly an hour or two to get through properly, if you dedicate yourself to reading all the sections and answering and checking all the example questions.The explainer part of each section is not a definitive guide, touching on some parts of a topic incredibly briefly. You will, however, learn a lot from doing all the questions. I was able to quite quickly identify the right attitudes and patterns to being a safe road user, and if you follow that mentality (as you should be in practice, not just in theory) then a lot of the answers will become common sense.The QR codes in the book are pretty insightful, but some of them link to to now-legacy direct.gov pages, but it's worth keeping your phone handy as some of the videos are quite smart and witty.If you have this book in combination with the Highway Code, and maybe also the "Know Your Road Signs" and use it properly, it's a given that you'll pass the Multiple Choice Section of the Theory. The hardest thing can be setting aside the time to complete it. If you do a section a day, you should be ready to pass in three weeks easily. Cramming at the last minute (which I did do a little bit of) is probably the surefire way to wasting your money on re sitting the test.

Very informative. Covers all the important background knowledge you may need to know. Can be handy for life

This book is very formulaic, managing to span many pages without actually saying very much. It merely highlights each area of driving that needs to be covered whilst learning, without giving any particular help in how they should be learnt.

I passed my theory exam first time try. Very informative and useful book. Information is easy to understand, simple terms.
