I am sure we didn't lose it since we had just opened it and the first thing I worked on was the blue car. (One solid blue piece was missing. ) I contacted Ravensburger and they immediately responded to my email. The representative and I went back and forth a couple times and all of this was resolved in just a few minutes. I was given the option to pick out another puzzle as a replacement and it was sent out within a couple of days. That puzzle was perfect.
