Lipikar AP+MAX Triple Repair Moisturizing Body Cream

quite frankly this is one of the few products i trust with the full geographical map of my body. face, neck, chest, random dry patch on elbow that appeared after i walked past a radiator too confidently. all of it. my skin has the structural integrity of a frail victorian aristocrat who’s just received troubling correspondence. a strong wind? redness. weather change? devastation. one overly fragranced body wash drifting through the air molecules near me? suddenly my skin barrier is writing its will by candlelight. and this stuff genuinely calms everything down. rich without feeling greasy, deeply moisturising without that weird suffocating film some heavy creams leave behind where you feel like a basted chicken rotating gently under kitchen lights. it just sinks in properly and leaves my skin soft, comfortable and noticeably less dramatic. the niacinamide and shea butter combo in this is genuinely excellent for barrier support. whenever my skin starts acting spiritually exhausted, this is what i reach for first. i’ve used much more expensive creams that performed worse while charging me like they were funding a private moon launch. which is the thing that continues to mildly astonish me. for the quality, this is so affordable. especially because the bottle lasts forever. you need less than you think unless you’re doing what i do and applying it with the emotional urgency of a medieval healer trying to save the kingdom. also crucially: no overpowering fragrance. thank god. i do not want my moisturiser competing with my perfume, my laundry detergent and my nervous system simultaneously. sometimes i just want hydration without being hunted for sport by synthetic peony molecules. my bathroom shelf at this point genuinely looks like a tiny apothecary dedicated exclusively to “preventing my skin from experiencing adversity” and this has earned permanent residency there. if they discontinue it i’ll probably be outside la roche-posay headquarters in a long black veil holding a single unmoisturised hand to the sky. if you’re new to my reviews, chai is currency. a chai in nyc is roughly $10 because apparently milk, tea and cardamom now require venture capital. this bottle is $21.99, so we’re looking at a little over two chais. by chaiconomy standards, that is an extremely easy yes. two chais gets me 400ml of moisturiser that i use on both my face and body, lasts an absurdly long time, and has repeatedly outperformed creams costing several times as much. financially, the moisturiser has behaved with considerably more dignity than i have. ✨tl;dr✨ sensitive dry skin people… this is the one. rich, soothing, barrier-loving, lasts ages and somehow costs less than half the luxury creams that give you 90ml of disappointment and a tiny spatula.

This moisturizing cream is very good I could not use cream on my right leg for a couple weeks it was so dry scaling and cracking so I trued this after two uses it was so soft and almost back to normal now both of my legs are so moisturized and look great I’m will always use this

This is the best moisturizer I've used on my skin. I suffer from very dry skin and this has provided such relief. I've used countless body butters, high end ones, too, that are much more expensive than this lotion. Nothing has provided soothing relief for my dry skin like this lotion. Apparently the niacinamides make a huge difference (soothes inflammation, evens skin tone, anti-aging and strengthens the skin's barrier), and this is considered one of the best moisturizers by dermatologists. Do you skin a favor and get this! P.S.: This lotion is unscented so I mix it with a fragranced body lotion after showering for the best of both worlds.

I use this every morning and night while on Accutane, and it has helped a lot with the dryness. It’s thick and moisturizing but doesn’t feel overly greasy on my skin. I also like that I can use it on both my face and body. My skin feels much more comfortable after applying it, especially at night. This has become one of my favorite moisturizers during Accutane

Pros: I have dry, sensitive skin and I live in a dry climate, and very few lotions actually moisturize without causing me any discomfort. This is one that does. No fragrance, no dyes, no problems on my skin even on my most sensitive areas. Cons: It’s not easy to use. The lotion is thick, which means it is difficult to spread and you end up using more of it to cover every part of your body. The container is also problematic. It’s shaped so that the pump stops working when you still have about 1/4 of the bottle remaining. I tried turning it over and shaking it, hitting it on my hand, etc and it comes to the top but is too thick to come out. The best method of getting all of the product out is to cut the bottle so you should save a jar to hold the remaining contents. Not a huge problem, but definitely annoying. Things to note: This product is more expensive than other similar products. I don’t know if we’re allowed to list other products by name but my favorite brand starts with a C and ends with a Ve and is just as hydrating and safe for my skin but also spreads better and has a better design for use. Bottom line: It’s a good product, and a little on the expensive side.

This moisturizer is fragrance free, it has a smooth and non-greasy consistency and the coverage is ten stars. I haven't tried using it as a body lotion (honestly it's too expensive for me to use it for more than my face). The hydration is wonderful, my face feels moisturized and not oily all day. The size is perfect, this will last a LONG time a little truly goes a long way.

I absolutely love the La Roche-Posay Triple Repair Moisturizing Cream! It has a rich, creamy texture but doesn’t feel overly greasy on my skin. It leaves my skin feeling soft, smooth, and well hydrated. I especially love how comfortable it feels throughout the day and how a little goes a long way. The quality is excellent, and it has quickly become one of my favorite moisturizers. Highly recommend!

LRP triple repair, Love this! User has mature very dry skin. Very hydrating, does leave a shine but on my skin absorbs after applying my makeup. Product is compatible with all my other skin care products. My face feels very moisturized after continuous use. Not sure if I would use this for oily acne prone skin. Overall positive results. Will buy again.
