Does this work for boba tea? Is the straw big enough?

I have never tried boba but the straw is very wide and I believe it could handle them

Do they come in Individual box?

No. There's a review that shows an unboxing. It's one box with styrofoam. Each cup has tissue around it and in a little hole. The lids are all separate and the straws are individually wrapped

How do I contact customer service for the missing rubber part that the straw goes in?

I had some with some missing as well. But honestly the rubber insert sometimes creates a suction that won't let the drink pass. It's crazy but true. It actually works better without it.
