This Avohass Avocado Oil is light, with the pleasant taste and color of real, fresh, ripe avocados. The Avocado Oil, to my taste, is preferable and healthier than the heavier olive oil, although extra virgin olive oil is the next best oil that I have used. This Avocado Oil is delicious on the toasted gluten-free sourdough bread that I buy at the nearby Walmart Superstore in Branson, MO. The larger 32 oz bottle is heavy for me but lower in price per ounce than the lighter 8.5 oz bottle, so I pour the oil from the larger bottle into the 8.5 oz size, which makes it lighter and easier to lift from and to a cabinet shelf. This Avohass brand is now my go-to oil for most purposes.
