Needed them for Gazebo (16x12 solo) kit set up. worked wonderfully while I let 2 roof panels supported flat on top of the base. I don't know if i have any use after this but in case someone needs high up shelf or cabinet installment I will keep it around for now.

I love these Jack support poles. I’ve used them for many different types of projects now and they have allowed me to complete the projects all by myself. Very well made, the jacks look amazing and are easy to use. I like the flexibility of the pivoting feet/grips. Can be a bit tricky depending on what you are trying to hold up but nonetheless the pivot function comes in handy for precision and hard to get to places. The jacks are not heavy thus making them easy to carry and store on peg boards or slatwalls, I tried both successfully. Adjusting the length is also easy IF YOU USE the red line on the pole as a guide, per the instructions, so that the tension pins find the holes easily to lock into place as you move up or down. My only complaint and thus why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that the release tab used to relieve pressure if you’re done or need to readjust, can be challenging at times. You have to push up on the tab but under heavy pressure it can be difficult. I had to use a few tools on 2 occasions to get the tab to release. But in all fairness, this is a common issue anywhere you use a tool where heavy tension is applied (think… Come Along, ratchet straps, etc…). But I think the tab could be improved a bit. Nonetheless I will be buying another set, but the longer jack support poles so I can use them on a few projects I have in mind already that need additional length.

Great tool, very helpful if you are working solo. I installed an under cabinet range hood weighing 28 lbs and it would be impossible without the jacks. The release is a metal flap and can be stubborn but once you use it a few times, you get used to it.

Works a HECK of a lot better than Zip System ones that you buy at Home Depot. Much better construction and is cheaper too. The zip poles would pull off chunks of the painted ceiling and would fall over with the smallest breeze. Do yourself a favor and if you have the Zip wall system, throw it in the trash, thats all they’re good for. I love these jack support poles and look forward to using them more in the future.

I’m very impressed! I was concerned because of the plastic handles and pictures didn’t convey quality. However I’m very impressed with the quality of these poles! Way more steel than plastic. They are heavy and well made. Should get years of use out of these poles.

the poles are good but the bag came with the zipper with the pull on the inside which mad the bag useless. i like the poles just what i needed, but the bag is why i give it 3 stars instead of five.

Used these while installing 8ft and 10ft 5/8 thick sheets of drywall on ceilings- made my life and the job incredibly easier. Very sturdy, the micro adjustment tool works well. Highly recommend
