Can i wire this to my high beam with a 3 phase switch

Yes the main beam on your vehicle can be used to operate the supplied relay as the lights are fed by the load side ? An isolation switch is included? Not sure what you are referring to regarding a 3 phase switch ???

The complete loom is about 2.5 metres and was long enough to install spot lights on a piaggio x9 500cc scooter which the battery is right at the back of the bike between the indicator clusters

Is it good four the eyourlife round flush mount flood lights 2pc 18w eqch?

Hi I've wired it to a 100wat light bar and works great no messing around mounting a switch in cab
