King Soba 6-Pack Gluten Free & Organic Buckwheat Ramen 280g - 4 Noodle Cakes Per Pack

I have been gluten intolerant for over 6 years so finding products that are gluten-free but also taste amazing and are organic is such a win. This product is fantastic. Buckwheat has a slightly nutty flavor and is the most like wheat flour I can find - resulting in products that don't feel or taste like they are 'gluten-free' often not ever as good as the pasta or bread they are mimicking - these however are just great in their own right! I find the texture of these noodles perfect as a substitute for any recipe that calls for noodles. They cook really fast and are great in soups like chicken soup or Asian soups, stir-fry dishes, and great for pasta dishes. I have bought these over and over - and will keep my cupboards stocked for years to come. Hopefully, this company will come up with more buckwheat products as good as these!

Organic and gluten free therefore safe for coeliacs. Tastes delicious and great in a noodle soup or ramen. Put directly in boiling water and use forks to pull apart while cooking. As advised wash under cold water after cooking to stop sticking.

erm , not my favourite but best gluten free one so far!

I’ve been ordering a few x6 pack of the brown rice noodles since discovering them and at first I thought they were lovely, but soon the taste started getting to me and it was a chore to make them. I suddenly saw these and thought it’s worth a try. Wow, I love them! Much nicer flavour (when I first put the noodles into my mouth I get a taste of bubble and squeak for a second. I mix these with dried vegetables mix, chilli flakes and bone marrow bone broth powder. Highly recommend these

Disappointed, I tried to cook these in different ways boil just before eating, put it in broth even tried soaking them before adding to broth and sauce but each time I just got a ball of gloop what little I did try was tasty but will not be buying again so sorry.

This product is delicious and quick and easy to cook. Nice treat for people on a lower carb diet.

Best soba ramen! Delicious, definitely will buy again and again. However you must cook it much longer than what on the package, rinse it well with cold water before refresh again in boiling water just to warm it thru. Then enjoy with your favourite sauce. I recommend buy recipe book to learn more what kind of sauce goes well with soba. Once you master the sauce, you've a wonderful healthy meal anytime. Cheers

Best gluten free noodles ever!!!! They look really unappealing before cooking, but become more normal looking after cooking I promise! Definitely ordering again, and will not use any other noodles now!

I love these noodles--finally a gluten free product that actually tastes good! I have ordered them many times and use them to make spaghetti as well as just covered with ghee--really yummy--I find I have to cook them a little longer than suggested and they come out just right.

These noodles were delicious. I never thought I would be able to have this type of noodle again after going gluten free. I made Japanese tonkotsu ramen and the noodles stood up to it perfectly.

We eat these every week. They're not as tasty as the partial-wheat ones, but you get used to them, especially mixed with San-J Organic Tamari. Yum! It would make anything taste good.

Proof that there is a g-d and it wants us to be happy. I can relive my ramen days and still maintain my paleo diet. Long live buckwheat.
