Nice flywheel for oem upgrade
I bought the 10,000 RPM performance flywheel for the Predator 212 to use on my stage-2 minibike build, and it’s been one of the best upgrades I’ve done. Right out of the box, the machining quality looked excellent — smooth finish, tight tolerances, and no rough casting marks anywhere. The magnet placement and balance are spot-on, which really shows once the engine’s running. Installation was straightforward. It slid onto the crankshaft perfectly, lined up with the keyway, and torqued down without issue. I used blue Loctite and a torque wrench for peace of mind, and the taper locked tight. The coil gap stayed consistent, and the timing marks matched exactly with stock settings. Performance-wise, the difference is immediate. The engine revs faster and feels smoother at higher RPMs, especially past 6,000. With this flywheel, I’m comfortable stretching the engine closer to its limits knowing it’s rated for 10 K. It gives a sense of security compared to the stock cast flywheel that’s just not safe at higher speeds. I tested it over multiple long rides and heat cycles, and it hasn’t budged or shown any signs of slipping. Even after extended wide-open runs, the magnets stayed firmly in place and ignition timing hasn’t drifted. It pairs great with a billet rod and upgraded valve springs if you’re doing a full performance setup. The best part is that it doesn’t require any weird shimming or grinding — everything lines up just like OEM. I also like that it’s lighter than the stock one, which helps throttle response noticeably. Overall, this 10,000 RPM flywheel is a must-have for anyone running a modified Predator 212 or Tillotson clone. It’s well-balanced, durable, and gives you the confidence to push your build harder without worrying about safety. Definitely worth every penny for performance and peace of mind.

Great quality
Works fantastic with my built 212cc I have it paired with shaved and ported and polished head billet rod flat top piston govener removed and cheater cam and 26mm carb and a cvt it absolutely flys and revs out with this flywheel and it’s a lot cheaper than billet one and revs to 10k this is the better option

Perfect for governor delete
Fit perfectly on the Amazon bilt hard 212 engine, nice quality, no signs of stress cracks after a few weeks of heavy use.

Worth the money, so far...
Installation was very hectic and difficult, but thats on me not them. Took me about 2 days to put on but its working good for the most part. It's a bit loud and seems to make more noise as it spins compared to the stock flywheel. I have a stock predator minus this new mod. I think its a good deal tbh if your not trying to spend a crazy stack on a ARC billet flywheel...

Bang For Your Buck.
Cast Aluminum Flywheel. Good cheap alternative to a billet or even say a tempered cast flywheel. Like a PVL Flywheel from OMB. (10K RPM Rev. Limit) might be a bit of a stretch. Its probably safer around 7500RPM. It does add about 28° of timing, if you are going for 30 or 32° of timing you will need a Offset timing Key as well this is only the flywheel. Something to consider if you want more than the stock Key. The stock key will work with this flywheel.

Quality, not good.
Just use it for a couple of days and the flywheel broke from the middle were the crankshaft key and damage my crankshaft too

No ignition timing specifications listed-
This flywheel is 18 to 19 degrees ignition timing, not stock 24 degrees or as other Amazon suppliers list as “32 degrees”. It works as far as being able to sustain higher RPMs than a cast iron stock flywheel but will take a degree timing wheel and some know how to set the timing correctly yourself. If you require 24 degrees ignition stock or 32 degree or more modified engine then it will reduce torque and top speed if not adjusted correctly. You will have to get a timing key to advance the timing or use a degree wheel and discard the timing key altogether. Sooooo many people inaccurately believe these to be 32 degrees from factory which is unfortunate. Thankfully this supplier does not list it at 32 but is equally as bad because there is no accessible information offored from the supplier which is negligent as well because we have to know the timing specifications of the flywheel.
