Help! This P symbol has appeared on my display. I don’t know what it means or how to get rid of it and just show the W on its own

Not the best...
So had a coolfire 4 ultra, that broke after about 4 years, bought this in May23, now September.The charging port has been problematic for the last 6 weeks, and today the port has pulled out of the unit...Now won't charge at all.. 4 months old and broken.So lasted 2 and a half months....

The compatability with tanks
Does not seem to be compatible with a nautilus mini tank as would not screw into top
