About as close to grinding your own peanuts as possible without all the hassle. Says no stirring, but it does separate a little so I end up having to stir the jar upon first opening and then it stays well mixed during use. But I go through these pretty fast.

Delicious, but don't expect to not have to stir it a bit. The oil definitely rises somewhat while the bottom is very firm.
