I know people will laugh at me for this, but I started these myself after researching things to help my dog, and starting him on doggy probiotics. I went for this specific brand because it had all my multi vitamins in too which I liked, ive been taking them for a week now and after suffering with IBS and PMDD for so long, theyve regulated my bowels perfecly, which is amaizing, I am 1 week away from being due on a perdiod and so my no PMDD has kicked in, I did wonder if probiotics could help with that I will do an update on this review again in 10 days to say if I theyve helped with my PMDD at all, as I wasnt expecting it but would be amaized if they do. All in all so far absolutely no complaints im hoping more than anything they help with my immune system as I cant take being unwell again but so far probiotics have had such a good affect of both my dog and I and im even now looking at teenage ones for my son. ❤️

Smaller, easy to swallow capsules would have led me to give this 5 stars but they are nor small so 4 stars will have to do. Good value for money and good quality.

I've not started using these yet. I do not doubt that the probiotics will work. However, I should have realised that the vitamin/hormones will not be either the best or in currently recommended doses. I can't remember all but here are some obs: Wrong kind of vitamin E. Wrong dose of Vit D3 Wrong version of Vit K Magnesium dose should be higher but it doesn't matter because that provided is for upset stomachs. It should be Citrate Diglutinate or maybe Malate. I'm not checking my spelling. Vit E should have some tocotrienols, this has zero. Vit K2 is missing - instead, they add K1, which is for blood clotting. Plus they add Calcium which may clog arteries and D3 is virtually useless without K2 to direct Calcium to bones rather than blood. Not sure if Potassium Iodide supplies sufficient of both K and I. The trace minerals are great though research points to the brain already having too much Copper. Vit A and C basic cheap versions. The same probably applies to B vitamins. That's all I remember. The product should not do any harm ( though if on blood thinners I am should you take Vit K1?) It's a gut microbiome product with Additional supplements to make it appear better than it is. It only cost me £4 but I think one purchase is sufficient. That old adage, you only get what you pay for, applies here.

It's not too big so no problems swallowing and it's kind to my stomach. Also helps with regularity. I have been using this for over a year and would recommend.

3 days taking them and already feeling better on my tummy, no noises coming from my belly and no bloating. Super happy with it. I saved them in my basket for when I'm out of the curent bottle to get them again. Love that is good price and is for 2 months supply. They are easy to swallow and no after taste or burning sensation. Really good value
