I'm trying to limit my animal products to Greek plain yogurt and salmon in order to reduce my cholesterol. I mixed this vegan protein powder with Greek yogurt and buckwheat groats, added plain soy milk to get a good consistency and added berries and chia seeds. The taste and texture are both excellent. I'm getting 30 grams of protein from the vegan powder alone, which is 5 more grams than most whey proteins I've used in the past. I will continue using this as I try to lose weight, gain muscle, and reduce my cholesterol.

I decided on this product for vegan protein powder to add to my smoothies. It tastes fairly good, high protein, and helps keep me stay full until the next meal. Priced good. I plan to buy again.

Taste great and prefer it to Whey

Decent taste. Dense and chalky. Added two scoops once and it was a gelatinous blob so stick with one scoop.

The media could not be loaded. Needed a TSA approved travel pack. Perfect size has an excellent protein/calorie ratio. I look for low cal first thing in the morning packs to offset the probable bad choices while on vacation lol. Helpful?

Alright, so here we go... as you can tell by the images this protein is not Berry flavor. I was expecting a rich Berry colour however, it is brown. Not what I was expecting.I was pretty excited to try a protein that was not chocolate or vanilla. I wanted to switch things up and try something different. I have this protein in chocolate and it is tolerable.However, I ended up disappointed with this. I would be able to get pass the color, if it had a pleasurable taste or even came close to the taste of Berries. But it did not. It reminds me of strawberry oatmeal water. I hope that makes sense. (When you make strawberries & cream oatmeal packs and you happen to put to much liquid in the bowl. Thats the only thing I can compare the taste to.)It is also thick and grainy! The instructions recommend you add 1 scoop to 12oz of liquid. However, you will need to add 18oz of liquid or more to get it to a drinkable consistency. One scoop equals 30grams of protein. That I do like however, I have tried other brands (Ghost and Orgain) that yield less protein grams per scoop. Since they do yield less grams, I add more scoops to equal 30 to 40 grams of protein. A complete apples to apples comparison. Those brands are not thick and grainy. They mix well with 12-16oz of liquid.And to make this even worse, the product is not refundable or replaceable. For the price, that is unacceptable. The one star reflects the customer service that I received from Amazon, not the product. This deserves zero stars. I am extremely pleased with the customer service that I received! That is the only good thing that came from this order. I was greatful for a refund on a non-refundable purchase.I will try another plant based brand (Blessed, see if it really lives up to the hype) I am testing out different brands before I become loyal to one. I hope this helps someone before they make the same mistake as I did.

I like that it's 39 grams and that it's easy on my stomach but, there is a weird taste to it that I can't hide no matter what I add. I tried the chocolate and the peanut butter and they both have that weird taste.

Great product. Makes you more full!
