Excellent product, good price. Other similar products I have tried have a sickly sweet synthetic flavour, more expensive and seemingly less effective. Nice taste that isn't overpowering or very sweet. Good consistency when mixed (I don't mix it very well or shake that much and the few clumps I get aren't at all off-putting) Despite the calories and well rounded ingredients I wouldn't think of this as a replacement and am pleased to see that it isn't marketed as such. Rather, if you are training or just generally busy with stuff this feels like an additional surplus/boost to improve your growth and overall health. I am not a big fan of protein powders, meal replacements, pre-workout etc and this feels like it sits somewhere nicely inbeteeen those. I would highly recommend this product to anyone that wants a well rounded powder to supplement their diet.

Brilliant weight gainer for muscle building. Has a great protein profile. The quality of the product is very high and well packed. Although it has huge serving portions you can always adjust to what you need to meet your requirements. It dissolves well and tastes really good compared to a lot of others I’ve tried. It has a smooth texture after just a few shakes in a bottle and goes down nicely.

It's effective but it's not magic. You have to be consistent with it. I added extra weight which I wanted, after a few weeks. Prompt delivery. Well sealed. The protein quality is good. I mix mine with milk. It doesn't upset my tummy. It has a good taste. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star is the packaging.

Just bought this Strawberry and Cream First of all it smells amazing . I'm getting old (55) and I'm an extremely busy person ... i don't go to the gym never have never will and bought this as additional calorie intake. 1st impressions .... you will need a massive shaker to fit in a full serving . I ended up doing 1/2 serving with 500ml of water twice. It mixes absolutely fine with no clumping ( I did only add a little at a time to the water ) Tastes absolutely fine with no crappy after taste . No complaints

First of all it doesn't make it clear that you need five scoopfuls to get the recommended amount. So maybe will last a week or two. Secondly, it tastes absolutely disgusting. Totally plastic taste and very unpleasant. Will not buy again. Just to update, it made me quite sick after just one portion. Never had this reaction before with any other brand. Have complained and requested a refund. Seriously, the taste is like burnt plastic and I'm not the only person to state this. Dodgy batch? Who knows, but I would strongly suggest giving this a miss.

Surprisingly ok in taste. It mixes well if you mix in advance and let it settle and keep shaking. Best point is I went from underweight to normal in a week. 6lbs gained or 2.7ish kg to other people. Amazing results, I have two flavours and both ok. No michelin stars in the offing, but perfectly palatable. Hate the oversized black plastic containers though, not recyclable take up a huge amount of space.

Tastes like a cheap synthetic strawberry flavour , not the best tasting out there good results from taking it , it’s just hard to drink trying to cram 2 full scoops into a drink. (Cement consistency)

This stuff works wonders! I've always been underweight and I've always struggled to put on weight and maintain it, but since I've been using this I've managed to do both! I feel so much more confident in myself too. It's just brilliant and I'd recommend it to anyone who has the same problem as myself. You get so much for your money, and it tastes amazing. I always get the strawberry flavour (it actually says strawberries and cream on the packaging)
