I ordered these bromelain tablets and the directions say to take 3–4 daily, but they don’t specify whether to swallow or chew them. Since they’re round and powdery like a Tums, I assumed they were chewable big mistake. The texture is extremely chalky and unpleasant, even though there isn’t much flavor. I also didn’t like that Amazon placed a sticker over the directions on the back of the bottle, which made it harder to read the instructions clearly. The product might work fine, but the texture and unclear labeling were disappointing.
