how does it move over sand?

I've had this cart about 8 years. We use it at the beach every summer. It does very good on the sand. I love it because we are campers and it folds to store in my 5th wheel compartment nice.

How difficult is it to fold? I can't find a video demonstrating the folding.

It's not difficult to fold, you push down in the middle of the handle (it has those little push buttons that release it). and it just starts to cave in sort of speak. Note that you cannot fold it if you have either the back gate or the optional front gate installed. We use ours a lake dock buggy with both gate ends installed and just leave it leaned up and then lock it with a cable and pad lock. I found this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84vW2Z_i5S0

can heavy duty replacement wheels be purchased. If so where?

don't know , but what I did was purchase solid rubber innertubes and they work great!!! I use this cart for all my camping , hunting fishing and wish I bought it 20 yrs ago ! I have it fully loaded in sand ,mud and weeds chest high ! instead of five trips I make 1

What are the cargo floor space dimensions?

38” long by 30 wide and 15 high, give or take. It carries a lot of gear.
