Noticeable Results and Easy to Take
I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks now and I can definitely tell a difference. I feel more balanced and have a bit more energy throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad aftertaste, which is a big plus. I also appreciate the clean ingredient list — no weird fillers or unnecessary additives. Shipping was fast and the packaging was secure. Of course, everyone’s body is different, but this one worked well for me. I’ll be reordering for sure!

Great brand overall
This is my second time ordering inositol from this brand. The cap color changed from white to pink. Upon reviewing the ingredients I see they have less COQ10 in the pink cap supplements then they had originally in the white cap supplements so I had to incorporate some COQ10 to make sure I’m getting my recommended dose. I tolerate them very well, I would say they work pretty good in combination with other things I’m taking.

THEY HAVE DROPPED THE MG AMOUNT DOESN’T WORK ANYMORE THE OLD VERSION WAS BETTER!!
The old version was very effective this new version doesn’t seem to work at all waste of money very disappointing now I’m on the hunt to find another brand to try I’m so pissed they changed dosage mg on their ingredients which is the main reason it’s no longer working!! DO NOT BUY DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I had issues with spotting between periods. I was consistently menstruating until I started using this product. Once you start, don’t stop. It is a lot of pills at a time, but it’s so worth it. It works!!
