This oil filter wrench was tested & excelled on the YouTube Channel "Project Farm" thus I purchased it. It performed great for my application on a difficult oil filter location where there is limited access in a cramped area and little room for leverage. I was able to remove my oil filter faster then with other filter wrenches and snug up the new oil filter with this because it is reversible.

I thought this was only to loosen the filters but also can be used to tighten it so you can torque it correctly. I used it on an Elantra and worked good with an extention and didn't slip or issues to remove the filter. It is all made of metal so I think it will last for my garage. The tool auto adjust when you tight or loose the filter

Seems strong but the metal side grips are too thick to fit in the space between the filter and pan. Id check to see how much space around yours before ordering

It requires more caution than a cup-style socket. The magnet holds it in place well, but it might be a bit tricky to use on filters with unusual shapes or ones that are mounted at an angle.

Works great, makes oil changes so much easier, comes with 2 year manufacturer warranty, has offer for warranty by warrany company for a good price that gives another 2 years when you add it with your order.

I find it works very well so far, would recommend.
