Bought this for my 7yr old son. He loves it,bedtime is not a problem anymore.

Seems flimsy. Might be ok for smaller children.

During assembly, a technological hole was cut incorrectly on one part. I had to suffer myself and hammer the metal with a screwdriver. Very slippery steps. Because of this, my child fell when he was going down. The steps must be additionally wrapped with tape yourself.

Easy to assemble. Looks great. Only complaint is it's slightly wobbly but still 5 stars

i live in a small place so i like to invest in space savers, this has really transformed my room and opened up the space to allow the feng shui to flow better.. there were a few defects with the first model i received (as a gift) but when I contacted customer service they were super friendly and promptly replaced the pieces I needed :) im about 170lbs of pure goodness and this baby's still standing! totally worth it.

About the order and set-up: For me personally the photos, and descriptions of the product were great, very helpful, and everything holds true. It took a few hours to set up, but the directions were very easy to follow, and it truly was easy looking back, especially since we don't assemble things often so we aren't pros. It looks complicated on paper or from a glance, but everything comes labeled with numbers and letters, and in organized baggies, and it follows the instruction packet/manual to the T. It does come with a mini torx key so you don't have to buy something to screw everything in. You probably want a strong arm to secure every bolt in tight. Everything came in the box, nothing was missing, and if you care for marks or scrapes, it might've had a 2 or 3 scratches on a few pieces out of the 30ish poles and rods it came with, but I don't remember and they aren't visible, and I'm not someone concerned about those things to begin with. (It didn't come battered or scratched up, everything looked new, just thought I'd mention it for those who might care, I got the black one if that changes anything.) The poles and things, it's all matte not shiny.Sleeping on it: I sleep in it just fine, I'm not concerned about wobbling, if you rock the bed yourself it will wobble, and with slight movements it does wobble, but it won't topple over, it is sturdy with the four bigger rod/poles. If your concerned for the railings on the side and falling over, maybe get a 6-8 inch thick mattress. I have a 10inch and it's just fine for me I'm not concerned about rolling off, but the bars on the side won't be as high. The regular twin size mattress fits. Everything is as expected and great, very satisfied.Some extra details: The table on the inside is a great mini desk, it fits a laptop set up just fine, you can read, write, and do most all things on it with excess room.
