Very highly recommended
I ordered these flashcards for the train journey for my primary aged children's first trip to London. The pictures on the cards are hand drawn, but well done and there are lots and lots of useful facts thrown in.They are an absolutely fantastic accompaniment for a sightseeing trip to the capital and really helped keep their attention and provided a good distraction from a huge amount of walking. Armed with these cards, a London sticker book and a travelcard, we have had an inexpensive introduction to Central London. They have learned alot and have the cards as a souvenir of the day..

Fantastic!! :-)
Great for touring London or just learning about London. The cards are a good size and good quality, the pictures on the cards are my favourite thing about these cards as well as the size - the artwork is similar to the illustrations for the Roald Dahl stories. Overall 10/10 (5 stars for these cards), one of the best purchases I've made. Thanks to my Aunty who showed me her copy of the same cards, they're great! I really do recommend these cards totally 100%!!

Bought for my 7 year old granddaughter's recent visit to London and we managed to spot quite a few of the "50 things to spot in London" during our two day visit. She found the cards interesting and full of information but found them a bit awkward to carry and she did drop them a couple of times so perhaps something in a book form might have been easier for her to manage.

Great way to pass some time & learn interesting facts at the same time...
I throw these in my bag when we are going to a restaurant or on the train. The kids love looking through the pictures and learning new facts about London. We now have a list of places and things we have to see on out next trip into London. Love them

Great for the kids.
These cards are a great way to get the kids planning their own day out. With great little facts for them to read when they get to the places and all the cards tell you what other interesting places are near by. Even though we visit London a lot these have been very useful.

IDEAL CHILD FRIENDLY PACK
I was looking for some good resources to fire up enthusiasm about our trip to London this summer. I love the city and I am a teacher so there is a chance that I might overkill the whole experience dragging my guys, aged 6 and 8 round all the museum (this theory was postulated by my husband!). I read the other reviews of this pack and thought I would chance it. What a good decision. My son, aged 8 loves it. He's an average reader but is able to access the information on the back of the cards. He devised a game whereby he would give me snippets of information and I'd have to guess the landmark. He has picked out the ones he's most interested in and so now we can go where he wants to rather than where I think we should go! I'm really pleased with this purchase.

Keeps reading-age children entertained while sightseeing
As expats living in London, we bought these for our kids to use on "days out" in London and also as gift for families that visit us here. The kids enjoy "teaching" the adults facts they've learned about the landmarks. We also used the Things to Spot in London stickerbooks, which are excellent, especially for younger children. In comparison, these cards can get a bit tedious if overused, so are best used sparingly, perhaps for planning a day out or learning about 1 or 2 landmarks at a time. One of the mums we gave them to told us she now has them in her classroom as a learning resource.
