Great product and great customer service

I want to commend the customer service! The item came and was slightly the wrong shade from what I needed. BOLDify will send a new color at no cost if you alert them within 24 hours.I also highly recommend the product, the coverage is good, and it is very easy to apply.

Works for Small Scars, But Not Enough Coverage for Larger Areas

I tried the Bolify hair fibers to help cover a large scar on my scalp from a car accident. While I can see how it could work well for smaller scars or thinning spots, the coverage just wasn’t thick enough for what I needed.The fibers applied easily and did help minimize the appearance a bit, but the scar was still visible, especially in brighter lighting. I think this product could be a good option for someone with mild hair thinning or smaller spots to cover—but if you have a more prominent area, it may not give the full coverage you’re looking for.Overall, it’s a decent product, just not quite the right fit for my specific needs.

Disappointed

Light brown is EXTREMELY light. More like a dark blond. Does not begin to match my hair. The spray nozzle that fits on TopPik and Thick Fiber products DOES NOT fit in the container. Disappointed.
